At LCPO we are here to assist you to be a responsible, loving pit bull owner within our means. We understand circumstances change or we fall on hard times, it happens to us all. We will not share your information unless otherwise discussed, do not take hesitation in asking for help with your pit bull. 
In this attempt to help we are assisting owners to prevent any additional pit bulls entering the shelter system as well as assisting in the prevention of animal suffering and neglect.
